A: We made our subscription program simple as can be. When you select any of our products, you will see two purchase options: the one-time order at full price, and the subscription price which saves you 30% on your first order, and 15% on each subsequent order (seems like a no-brainer, right?).

A: You can log into your account at any time to pause or change your subscription.If at any point you want to subscribe to a new product, you will receive the 30% discount on the first order. Additionally, if you cancel and resubscribe to the same product, your discount will be 15% as it will no longer be considered your first order.

A: Yes, of course – you are in control! Set your next charge date by logging into your account and clicking “manage subscriptions”. Once you see the subscription you want to amend, click “edit”. This will take you to your subscription portal, where you can edit your next charge/delivery date.

A: Of course. To do this, log into your account and click “manage subscriptions”. Click “edit” on the subscription you want to skip. Then select the “skip shipment” button on the left-hand side. This will skip your next order. To skip more than one order, go back to the subscriptions list and follow the same process.
